Fast lesson: Revenue is money you collect. Profit is what’s left after costs. You’ll face fixed costs and reputation (trust) that affect future demand.
Win by matching price + inventory to demand—while protecting reputation.
Start the run. You’ll get a print-ready reflection sheet at the end.
Teacher Mode adds a dashboard + class controls. Students keep a clean game experience.
Tomorrow-ready: run Day 1, then debrief with 3 questions. Teacher quick start is inside the Teacher dashboard.

Teacher Quick Start (60 seconds)

Goal: students learn profit vs revenue through 3 daily decisions (cups, price, marketing) and a short debrief.
1) Open Settings → set Class Code (optional) → lock student settings
2) Students play Day 1 (2–4 minutes)
3) Debrief (5 minutes): ask 3 questions below
4) Students continue Days 2–5/7 over time + print reflection at end
Debrief questions:
1) What’s the difference between revenue and profit?
2) Which mistake hurts more: waste or selling out? Why?
3) What will you change tomorrow — price or cups — and why?
Quick rubric (1 line): Student earns full credit if they can explain profit vs revenue and justify their Day 2 change using costs + demand.
